• Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
\n
• Days: Monday–Sunday (you choose your workdays in the app)
\n
• Pay: $23.60/hour, paid every Friday
\n
• Location: Americold, Plover, WI 
\n

You’ll play a key role in keeping orders moving inside a temperature-controlled environment. That includes:

\n
• Safely load, unload, stack, and move products with forklifts and pallet jacks
\n
• Pick, assemble, and check orders for accuracy and damage 
\n
• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and high-reach forklifts plus RF scanners 
\n
• Keep work areas clean while meeting production standards 
\n
• Support with inventory, cleaning, or battery changes as needed
\n

\n
• At least 3 months of forklift experience (required) 
\n
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety 
\n
• Comfortable working in cold storage (32°F to -45°F; protective gear provided) 
\n
• Able to lift 10–55 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally 
\n
• May be retrieving goods up to 30 ft and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, or crouching during shifts
\n

All new forklift operators must complete 5 consecutive days of training before picking up regular shifts.
