A Boston-based, high-growth SAAS company is seeking an Accounting Manager to play a critical role in overseeing daily accounting operations and driving efficiency across our finance team. This role is 100% remote (candidates must be Massachusetts based!). Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with precision and timeliness Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and collaboration Manage key operational areas including cash management, payroll, accounts payable, and operating expenses Partner with internal leaders, external vendors, and auditors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong relationships Support ERP and accounting system enhancements to streamline processes Collaborate with the Corporate Controller on process improvements, controls, and policies What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of accounting experience within software/high-tech industries CPA required Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and complex accounting standards (ASC 606, 842, 805, 718) 3+ years of management experience Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (Intacct/Nexonia a plus) For immediate consideration, please reach out to Kelly Hanlon at khanlon@daleyaa.com #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
