Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a contractor at the Samsung plant in Taylor, TX to hire an Administrative Assistant . This role is a key position that supports the daily operations of a busy construction office, working closely with leadership and project teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining organized records, handling clerical tasks, and supporting project managers and the company owner with administrative needs.

Fluency in English and Korean is required for this position, as the role involves frequent communication with both English-speaking and Korean-speaking stakeholders.

Pay Rate: $22-25 per hour Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, (Possible overtime on Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the owner and project managers on ongoing projects.
• Assist with daily office operations, including filing, organizing records, and data entry.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and project-related documentation using Microsoft Office products.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Support project coordination activities and help track progress, schedules, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Korean required.
• Previous experience in administrative, receptionist, clerical, or project coordination roles required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred , but not required.
