Hiring for a Administrative Assistant

• East Saint Paul, MN (100% Onsite)
• Part-Time to Full-Time | Seasonal with Potential for Hire
• $20-$22/hr (Depending on Experience)

We're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-driven Administrative Specialist to join our small team. This is a seasonal role that starts part-time in the fall and ramps up to full-time during tax season , with the potential for long-term placement.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and ensure a warm, professional first impression
• Handle multi-line phone calls and assess call priority
• Print and organize documents from a secure client portal
• Update internal spreadsheets and prepare client files
• Support document signing processes and payment collection (credit, cash, check)
• Organize outgoing mail and maintain filing systems
• Ensure the reception and conference areas are clean and presentable
• Assist with light office cleaning tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
• High school diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Citrix or cloud-based platforms is a big plus
• Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Schedule

• Oct-Jan: 16-24 hours/week (2-3 days/week, 6-8 hour shifts)
• Feb-Apr: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
