What We Seek:

  • Ability to maintain fast, accurate service and uphold positive guest relations while ensuring product quality aligns with our standards.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health codes, and company safety policies.
  • Assisting in Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security measures, managing inventory, and analyzing financial performance.
  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for new team members.
  • Conducting performance reviews, motivating staff, and initiating disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensuring our equipment and facilities meet company standards through a preventative maintenance program.
  • Striving for food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Executing corporate and local marketing plans promptly and effectively.
  • Having authority to participate in hiring and firing decisions.
  • Championing recognition and motivational initiatives within the team.
