Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments
- Vaccinate animals against diseases
- Conduct regular check-ups and provide preventive care
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and nutrition
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Current VA veterinary license
- Experience working as a Veterinarian is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of animal physiology, anatomy, and husbandry practices
- Proficiency in animal handling techniques
- Ability to perform surgical procedures with precision and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and staff members
