Key Responsibilities

40% Court Representation - Handling immigration court appearances, hearings, and removal defense cases.
30% USCIS & Casework - Preparing petitions, applications, and representing clients at USCIS interviews.
20% Client Advising - Meeting with clients, developing legal strategies, and ensuring excellent client communication.
10% Supervision & Mentorship - Overseeing junior attorneys, paralegals, or support staff.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state.
Proven experience working with immigration law cases.
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
