Our founder, Ken Mayeaux, left a career as a corporate litigator because he wanted to _help real people with real problems._ His experience as a missionary in Latin America and as an immigration detention chaplain -- walking side by side with people to help them solve their problems -- is at the heart of how we approach our work with our clients. **Educational requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in law, journalism, public relations, or related communications field preferred. Equivalent experience is also accepted.
**Specific skills required include:**
Impeccable writing and editorial skills, with an outstanding command of Spanish AND English.
Substantial experience with all basic office software and communications platforms and software.
