Job Description Lucio Marketing is looking to fill a position as a
Brand Ambassador . Our expanding client portfolio has us oversee our accounts, consistently increase revenue, and develop overall growth in team performance. As the brand's face, Brand Ambassadors will acquire a strong familiarity with the company's products, mission, and values to communicate them to customers. You will greet guests, provide general product information the brand offers, and meet sales goals in this role.
Brand Ambassadors must represent our clients in a positive light while consistently providing exceptional guest service!
What You'll Do as a Brand Ambassador: - Execute sales and marketing strategies face-to-face with customers in-store
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by utilizing our selling strategy.
- Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge to be communicated to consumers.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service and tailor client knowledge to each customer.
Qualifications of a Brand Ambassador: - Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a general sprit of optimism
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
- PREFERRED Customer Service and/or previous management experience
