Job Description
We’re hiring a reliable, fast-paced Breakfast Line Cook to work every Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM preparing eggs and assembling breakfast sandwiches in the back of house. Pay is $16/hr plus pooled tips . You’ll read orders from the screen, cook eggs to spec, assemble orders, and communicate clearly with other stations to keep service moving.
Key responsibilities
Read ticket screen and prioritize orders accurately.
Cook eggs to order and assemble breakfast sandwiches quickly and consistently.
Maintain the station organized, restock during service, and keep the work area clean and sanitized.
Communicate with other stations and front-of-house to coordinate timing and modifications.
Follow food safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Previous BOH or breakfast line experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
Comfortable working standing for the entire shift in a busy environment.
Able to read tickets, multitask, and keep calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Safe serve certification is a plus

Shift: Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM every weekend.
Pay: $16 per hour + pooled tips .
