Our client is a publicly traded real estate investment firm specializing in commercial property ownership and redevelopment across major East Coast markets. The company is expanding the technology team to modernize systems and support digital transformation initiatives. Currently, they are looking to add a Business Analyst/Applications Support Associate to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $90k - $100k
Position Overview: The Business Analyst/Applications Support Associate will report to the Operations Applications Manager. This role will be instrumental in implementing Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and providing ongoing support for enterprise systems. The Business Analyst/Applications Support Associate works cross-functionally with business and technical teams to streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and optimize system performance. Over time, the role will expand to support additional business applications.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst/Applications Support Associate: - Gather and translate business requirements across departments.
- Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce CRM.
- Manage user access, workflows, and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrations run smoothly.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Coordinate enhancements with internal teams and vendors.
- Manage requests through a ticketing system.
Required Experience/Skills for the Business Analyst/Applications Support Associate: - 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Application Support professional.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, automation, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Business Analyst/Applications Support Associate: - Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
- Experience with ERP or property management systems (MRI, Yardi, JD Edwards).
- Familiarity with DocuSign CLM or similar contract management tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data integration, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred, or Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
