$125,000.00/yr - $156,000.00/yr

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the overall management of assigned projects(s) and coordination of the A/E Consults of Record and the Contractor.
• Performs and directs others in accordance with the EAC's policies and to the satisfaction of the clients requirements.
• Coordinates all aspects of the project to ensure an effective design that meets the needs of the stakeholders.
• Assures that each project team complies with the contract agreement as well as exercises rigid cost control to implement the approved design within established budget restraints.
• Identifies causes for revisions to projects and whether such changes are billable to the client.
• Responsible for contract and scope management

Experience

• Typically five years relevant experience.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
