Join Farha Roofing, a top-rated commercial roofing company with operations in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, and Arizona. We are expanding in the St. Louis market and seeking a seasoned Commercial Roofing Project Executive to help us grow.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Target and close new commercial roofing projects (low-slope, TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, etc.)
Develop and manage key accounts including property managers, developers, REITs, and general contractors
Represent Farha Roofing at commercial construction and B2B industry events
Project Leadership
Lead projects from inspection and estimate to delivery and client closeout
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and scheduling
Maintain accountability for project profitability and client satisfaction
Client & Claim Communication
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
Provide support through the insurance claim process when applicable
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of commercial roofing sales and project management experience
Strategic thinker with high-level client relationship and contract negotiation skills
Comfortable managing project lifecycles, budgets, and cross-functional teams
Tech-proficient (CRM, spreadsheets, estimating tools)
Physically able to climb roofs and lift up to 50 lbs
