Responsibilities: Include but not limited too
Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
Read plans, scopes, and equipment schedules
Ensure installs meet code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
Direct and train install helpers
Maintain clean, safe, organized jobsites
Communicate with project manager on progress and issues
