Compensation:
The base salary for this position typically ranges from $172,000 to $200,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, experience, job-related expertise, and geographic location. Depending on the position, target bonuses and other forms of compensation may also be offered as part of a comprehensive total rewards package, which includes a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits

Position Summary:
Bonduelle Americas is seeking a strategic, purpose-driven leader to develop and implement communications strategies that enhance corporate reputation, build brand relevance, and advance business and social impact goals. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Responsibility, Safety & Quality, the Director, Corporate Affairs & Public Relations will oversee corporate affairs, brand PR, and food advocacy programs—ensuring alignment with Bonduelle’s mission to inspire healthier, more sustainable food systems.
