Job Summary:
Come join the resort Transportation Team and work as a Resort Bus driver! If you make safety a top priority, have a passion for driving and enjoy providing exceptional guest service then this is the job for you. No previous commercial driving experience is required, paid CDL training and testing is provided.
Job Specifications:
Housing: May Be Available
Expected Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.99 / hour
$21.00 / hour during CDL training. Pay rate increases to $25.00 / hour once CDL obtained.
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time hours available
Training: 5/13 for NonCDL drivers & 5/13 - 5/20 for CDL drivers
Skill Level: Entry Level
Job Responsibilities:
Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including but not limited to checking fluids, fueling and all safety systems
Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Satisfactory Driving Record
Valid Driver's License
Hold or be able to obtain a CDL Class A or B (w/Passenger endorsement) within the first 20 days of employment
Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes
The expected pay range is $25.00 - $26.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
