Job Description Involve in the complete process by analyzing business requirements and understanding the functional workflow of information from source systems to destination systems. Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate tasks with other teams through the Scrum meetings. Facilitate JAD sessions with management, users, and other stakeholders to define the project scope and requirements in the form of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Interact with the business users and work closely with them to understand their business needs and opportunities. Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts for different modules in the application according to the Business Requirement Documentation. Analyze high-level business requirements to create use cases and Use case diagrams using Rational Rose according to UML methodology. Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant stream. Experience in business process analysis, Workflow, task analysis, User acceptance testing, and requirements analysis. Proven ability to elicit, document, analyze and verify requirements. Prior experience in business/technology enhancements, automation, and implementations. Demonstrated successful use of SDLC methodology or demonstrated knowledge of business processes related to the business area supporting.
