We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Event Coordinator in the non-profit sector based in Durham, North Carolina. This role involves providing support to our marketing team and coordinating events. As an Event Coordinator, you will also act as a liaison with event coordinators, assist with planning and organizing events, and help create promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and booking blood drives and other events

• Act as a liaison with event coordinators at partnering businesses and organizations

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for events

• Utilize CRM and Database tools to track and analyze event outcomes

• Employ Google Analytics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns

• Contribute to the development and execution of fundraising campaigns

• Utilize EO/IR systems to ensure the efficient operation of events

• Enhance brand awareness through the creation of brochures and other promotional materials

• Provide excellent customer service to event participants and partners

• Support the campaign planning process by providing key insights and suggestions

• Proficiency in CRM and Database management systems
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Proven ability to increase Brand Awareness
• Experience in creating Brochures
• Knowledge of Campaign Planning strategies
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in organizing and executing Fundraising campaigns
• Ability to work in a non-profit environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
