Overview This self-starter finance firm is seeking an Executive/Administrative Assistant to provide support to several entrepreneurial leaders and a growing office. This is an ideal role for a service-oriented individual displaying practiced communication skills across internal and external contacts. Responsibilities Keep an organized office space, monitoring office supplies and inventory, and general operational needs. Interact with visitors, clients, and internal staff, assisting with requests and following through on action items. Provide a welcoming experience to all those you communicate with via receptionist coverage. Provide scheduling and coordination for meetings and appointments across the team, including travel booking and accommodations. Assist current office operations functions and adopt new systems when necessary. Diligently compose and edit documents, letters, reports and spreadsheets for internal needs; maintain accurate hard copy and e-filing processes. Support staff members with special assignments and project management tasks as needed, including event planning and execution, onboarding/offboarding needs, and building vendor management.
