A fashion executive in SoHo is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across both professional and personal needs. The ideal candidate will be a career assistant with strong knowledge of the fashion and art world, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and appointments
• Domestic and international travel planning, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• House management, including oversight of vendors and household needs
• Running errands and handling personal tasks with discretion
• Managing ad hoc projects and providing seamless support across professional and personal matters

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a creative executive or within the fashion/art industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Discreet, professional, and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs
• Proficient with scheduling tools, travel booking, and general administrative systems

Details:

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 annual salary + medical stipend
• Location: SoHo, New York City (in-person role)
