We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Developer to join our classified hardware development team in Arlington, VA (TS//SCI clearance required). You will design and implement RTL for high-speed networking applications, develop custom IP cores, integrate third-party IP, and ensure timing closure across complex designs. Working closely with hardware and software engineers in a classified environment, you'll oversee FPGA implementation and optimization while supporting design verification and debug efforts. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering, 7+ years of FPGA development experience, proficiency in SystemVerilog, and extensive experience with Xilinx/Intel FPGA design tools and high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR). Desired skills include experience with network security applications, networking protocols and standards, scripting languages (Python, Tcl), and familiarity with hardware security requirements. Current TS//SCI clearance is required.
