We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to become a part of our vibrant team. Responsibilities:


Precisely input textual and numerical information into database systems
Cross-reference data reports with physical documents to ensure data integrity
Keep a detailed record of tasks, files, and progress
Analyze data for errors and report any discrepancies to relevant departments
Comply with data integrity and security policies of our company
Update existing data and delete unnecessary files to keep systems current
Interpret complex information and input it into required fields
Assist with the preparation of reports and documents featuring entered data
Maintain a daily count of all claims processed
Utilize various technologies to aid in the entry process, such as OCRs
Engage in periodic training to update technical and data entry skills
Foster an environment of excellence in data entry and management
Actively engage with team members to ensure collective goals are met
Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as needed
Uphold customer confidentiality and data protection standards



Qualifications:


Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a bonus
Proven experience with data entry work, administrative duties, or similar roles is advantageous but not essential
Exceptional use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
Speedy and accurate keyboard typing capabilities
Understanding of data confidentiality principles is imperative
Acquaintance with administrative duties and software systems
Familiarity with office equipment and a home office setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
Practical skills in managing time and organizing work
Strong adaptability to new technologies and software
