WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee all team leads and departments of the dealership including Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, and Parts
  • Lead the dealership in setting goals, reviewing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and driving performance in every department
  • Hire, coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential in a positive and upbeat manner
  • Build an ongoing relationship with manufacturer representatives by attending factory meetings representing the dealership and having an in-depth knowledge of products and services
  • Maintain a professional and inclusive environment for team members
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience in every area of the dealership
  • Ensure the dealership is a safe, clean, and welcoming space for guests and team members
  • Manage the overall operations and achieving the budgeted financial performance of the dealership

    Schedule: Monday-Saturday with hours varying 8:00 am to 7:00 pm; Sunday and a weekday off. Weekly hours averaging 45+.
    Pay: Monthly base salary plus monthly bonus based on dealership performance. Earning potential of $200,000+ annually between salary and dealership performance bonuses. 

  • WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

    • College degree and/or related experience
    • 3+ years of managerial experience, preferably in an automotive sales environment 
    • Automotive Sales and/or Finance and Insurance experience
    • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required
    • Upbeat and positive personality;
    • Ability to provide excellent guest service
    • Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
