Position: Human Resources Internship
Location: Columbus, OH

OTC Industrial Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR Department this summer 2024.

This internship will support our HR Leadership Team in projects such as:


•Revamping offer letter templates


•Developing job description templates & update JD library


•Providing sourcing support to TA function


•Assisting Compensation Manager with market data collection


•HR process mapping


•Internship program support

Competencies


• Comfortable using internet technology Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc


•Ability to learn and use HR technology (ATS system such as Paycor)


•Ability to take direction, and work autonomously


•Excellent written and interpersonal skills


•Comfortability in sharing thoughts, ideas, and questions

•Foundational HR resources (offers, job descriptions, data collection, other HR functions)
