What We're Looking For :

A meticulous and service-oriented Laundry Valet Attendant who takes pride in delivering crisp, clean, and perfectly presented garments and linens to our guests. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every detail is cared for-from timely pickups to flawless returns-creating a seamless and luxurious experience.

In this role, you'll handle guest laundry and dry cleaning services with precision and discretion, maintain inventory of linens and uniforms, and support the overall cleanliness and organization of our laundry operations.

What You'll Do :

Guest Laundry & Valet Services

• Collect, log, and deliver guest laundry and dry cleaning items in a timely and professional manner
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care instructions and communicate any concerns to guests or supervisors
• Ensure all items are returned clean, pressed, and properly packaged according to Loews Hotels' standards
• Maintain accurate records of guest laundry transactions and charges

Laundry Operations & Support

• Assist with sorting, washing, drying, folding, and pressing linens, towels, and uniforms
• Monitor laundry equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, carts, and storage spaces
• Support inventory management by tracking linen usage and reporting shortages

Guest Interaction & Service Excellence

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and special requests
• Uphold privacy and confidentiality standards when handling guest items
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to coordinate service delivery

Other Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and complete required training sessions
• Maintain regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Regularly lift up to 40 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk
• Stand for several hours at a time

Your Experience Includes :

• Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and garment care techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
