Our fun, but professional office environment offers unique opportunities to grow your experience and role in this space.Key DetailsSchedule: Part-time, up to 30 hours/week, with opportunity to grow into full-time.Location: Downtown Los Angeles (in-office position)Compensation: $18-20/hour, based on experienceGrowth Opportunity: Full-time promotion expected within 6 monthsKey Responsibilities:Administrative SupportManage attorney and paralegal calendars, scheduling appointments and court datesProcess and organize incoming case mail, including certified mail trackingHandle routine email management and client communication coordinationMaintain expense tracking and invoice processingProcess and organize document scanning, filing, and digital storageHandle reception duties and phone coverage, if neededMaintain client files with updated information and documentsPrepare/draft correspondence for attorney reviewCase Management SupportAssist with preparation of routine court filings using established templates and proceduresDraft standard legal documents including notices, certificates of service, and basic pleadingsCoordinate deposition logistics including scheduling, lunch orders, document preparation, and room setupAssist with discovery process including document organization, Bates stamping, and privilege loggingCreate and maintain document logs and case chronologies for discovery purposesAssist with preparation of discovery-related correspondence and track production deadlinesPrepare routine mailings including certified mail and service of processUpdate case management systems with basic case information and deadlinesDraft notices using firm templatesAssist and support with other case preparation, as neededClient Relations SupportHandle routine client communications via phone, email, and textSchedule client appointments and manage client portal accessAssist with basic intake procedures under supervisionMaintain client contact information and communication logsEssential RequirementsBilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic technologyAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsMinimum 1 year of administrative support experience preferred (legal experience helpful but not required)Nice to Have:Previous administrative or office experienceFamiliarity with legal terminologyAssociate's degreeWhat We OfferGrowth pathway to full-time position with benefitsGym accessMusic industry perks, when availableDynamic work environment in a growing firmCollaborative team atmosphereFast-paced litigation experienceOpportunity to develop valuable legal skillsProfessional growth potential To Apply: Please submit your cover letter and resume highlighting why you're interested in growing with our firm by applying online.Please note: We do not accept solicitation emails from recruiters or staffing agencies.Privacy Notice for Job ApplicantsOur Firm is committed to protecting your privacy.
