LaSalle Network has partnered with a private family-owned retail organization that is a leader within the motorcycle industry! They are looking to hire a dynamic and creative Marketing & Events Coordinator local to the West Dundee area! This position plays a key role in developing and executing the dealership-level marketing strategy/activities for their assigned dealerships. The Marketing & Events Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager.

As the Marketing and Events Coordinator , you'll play a pivotal role in planning and executing engaging events, assisting with their sales team on marketing collateral, working promotions/giveaways and promoting their brand to their customers across the Chicagoland area. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of our client's mission to connect with the vibrant motorcycle community in Chicago and beyond. As the Marketing and Events Coordinator , you won't just be planning events and running campaigns - you'll be the driving force behind unforgettable experiences that resonate with motorcycle enthusiasts on a profound level.

Marketing & Events Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Ensure a local marketing plan is documented in the marketing calendar to drive the business for each location
• Develop and maintain relationships with the local community, riding groups and vendors to promote the dealership's business
• Gather, report and share best practices and after-action reviews of marketing activities
• Perform weekly visits to all assigned dealerships to review POP kits, in-store collateral and overall dealership readiness
• Manage requests from local dealerships for POP kits, online content and events
• Maintain brand standards and creative guidelines
• Perform dealership SWOT analyses to develop a quarterly event strategy
• Develop and ensure delivery of dealership-specific event programming to generate traffic and brand awareness
• Coordination of creative materials for all events, on and offsite, for each dealership
• Any Other Duties as assigned

Marketing & Events Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in event planning, marketing or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Self-starting, self-directing and proactive
