Now Hiring: 2nd and 3rd Shift General Production Workers - Red Lion, PA

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team at our main facility for 2nd and 3rd shift general production positions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble components for flooring and drop ceiling products using hand tools and a tape measure
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and consistency
  • Participate in team lifting and independently lift up to 30–35 lbs. multiple times per shift
  • Opportunity to train on machinery and grow within the company
  • Report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and conditions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately.

  • Physical ability to meet lifting requirements
  • Dependable and punctual work ethic
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for an 8-hour shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $19.35/hr.
