The Recruiter plays a vital role in supporting the organization's business objectives by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent. This individual will leverage multiple recruiting platforms, social media, networking, and company resources to identify and place quality candidates in client job orders. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, from initial candidate engagement through accepted job offers, while meeting key performance metrics.

What You'll Get to Do (detailed job description attached) As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and facilitating the hiring process.

Education and Experience Associates degree or equivalent and 3+ years of progressive experience within recruiting, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
