Job Description Responsibilities: - Source, screen and qualify candidates for non-IT roles within the insurance and healthcare support space
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications and workforce planning
- Use sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate hiring reports
- Represent the company at career fairs and networking events (virtual and in-person)
Key Focus Areas: - High-volume recruiting for roles like pharmacy technician, customer service reps, intake management specialist, grievance & appeals, rn review analyst, case managers or administrative support
- Experience recruiting within insurance or healthcare industries is strongly preferred
Qualifications: - 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a staffing agency or corporate setting
- Proven success hiring for non-technical roles in regulated industries
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: - Background in healthcare or insurance staffing
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices
