Job Description

Exciting hospitality industry opportunity for positive, friendly, outgoing personality in a smaller family-run business with real potential for career growth.

Quality engaging and professional communication skills across multiple communication streams, including phone, text/message boards, and email.

Hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Place and receive calls to and from guests, potential guests, and property owners and vendors.

Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Gmail, CRM, hotel management software, etc.

Place and manage reservations and dates of stay for short-term vacation rentals.

Manage guest and tenant property maintenance calls and route information accordingly.'

We currently do not allow new hires to work remotely.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
