ABOUT THIS JOB
Our Residential Journeyman Plumber works from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday . Overtime is available. We don't currently work weekends, but some on-call may be required in the future as we expand our services.
You support our reputation for excellence by maintaining a well-organized work truck, upholding a neat appearance, and providing professional customer service as you go on service calls and complete various plumbing challenges. Showing up to scheduled jobs on time, you inspect systems and troubleshoot problems before completing quality repair, maintenance, and installation services. You explain service options to customers, answer questions, and create accurate estimates using ServiceTitan.
As you perform your work, you follow all state and city codes. You repair fixtures, clean drains, replace components, install equipment, and tackle other duties as needed to fully take care of the problem. When you're done, you thoroughly clean up your work area, collect payments, and send invoices.
