Position Overview
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, generating leads, closing sales, and executing marketing strategies to promote our training equipment, devices (e.g. AEDs, bleeding control kits), and training services. This role combines consultative sales, customer relationship management, and tactical marketing efforts. The compensation structure is hourly + commission to reward high performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with existing clients to identify and present opportunities for new training materials and equipment
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities (e.g. hospitals, clinics, corporate safety departments, schools, first responder agencies)
• Conduct consultative sales calls and product demonstrations (in person and virtual)
• Manage a sales pipeline: track opportunities, forecast sales, follow up, and close deals
• Collaborate with leadership to set sales goals, targets, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate product installations or hand-offs with internal teams
• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends
• Maintain accurate CRM data, lead flow, reporting, and metrics
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to refine product offerings and marketing strategies
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience (medical devices, equipment sales, safety / health training, or related fields preferred)
• Demonstrate track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to communicate technical and regulatory product details
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. email platforms, social media advertising, Google Ads)
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, able to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads
• Close first major equipment sales and training contracts
• Execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable lead flow and ROI
• Establish relationships with key accounts (e.g. medical facilities, corporate safety departments)
• Generate reliable forecasting metrics and monthly reports
• Offer market feedback to leadership to support product development and pricing refinement
