Based in Manhattan, this fast-growing company is composed of a dynamic team with expertise spanning from leading investment firms and big tech to pioneering AI sales and successful startup ventures. They are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their hybrid team in New York City. In this role, you will design intuitive and impactful experiences for an AI-powered financial platform, translating sophisticated functionalities into elegant, accessible interfaces. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, conducting user research and developing wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for complex digital products Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design tools Demonstrated skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping Strong portfolio highlighting intuitive, user-focused design work Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams Experience designing within technical organizations and producing engineering-ready assets Responsibilities: Design end-to-end user experiences for an AI-powered financial platform Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business and user needs Create and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
