Sr. Technical Program Manager, Core Shopping job at Amazon Stores. Pioneer Square, WA. As part of the Amazon Core Shopping organization, we own and develop most of the core shopping experiences on Alexa, Amazon.com, and the Amazon app. Our goal is to create innovative product discovery experiences and deliver exceptional pre- and post-purchase experiences for our customers. We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our Product Questions and Answers team for our Alexa customers. The team manages the Product Questions & Answers experience that helps customers research general product questions (e.g., What should I consider when buying a smartwatch?) or specific product inquiries (e.g., Is this iPhone waterproof?). This Sr. Technical Program Manager will work across the entire experience, partnering with science and engineering teams to answer product questions leveraging Large Language Models (LLM). In this role, you will be responsible for scoping and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-functional technology initiatives that create customer experiences globally. You will tackle challenging problems and coordinate high-profile projects across multiple cross-functional teams. You will have the freedom to experiment, improve, and invent on behalf of our customers. You will play a pivotal role in unblocking innovation and increasing speed of delivery. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
