We are looking for a talented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. We focus on High-End Custom Residential homes, Commercial Construction, Adaptive Reuse, and Urban Infill projects throughout Central Texas. Are you ready for a challenging and rewarding opportunity?

✨ What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2-4+ years in commercial and/or residential design.
• Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software such as Risa, Ram, Concept, and Excel. Ability to draft/model with CAD and BIM.
• Education: Degree in Architectural or Structural Engineering.
• Mindset: Strong time management, sound engineering judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Engineer and manage multiple projects in collaboration with the lead engineer.
• Work directly with clients, providing project management and client relation skills.
• Design and engineer a variety of structures, from residential to large commercial developments to 3D concrete printed neighborhoods.
• Use engineering design software to prepare drawing sets and design documents.
• Participate in a wide range of projects, including AIA-award winning residences, mixed-use buildings, historic renovations, and more.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

🎓 Qualifications/Skills:

• Proficiency in engineering design software (Risa, Ram, Concept, Excel).
• Experience in drafting and modeling with CAD and BIM.
• Knowledge of designing and detailing various materials (concrete, wood, steel, masonry).
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong project management and client relation skills.
