We are hiring a Facebook Community Moderator for a 7K-member group - POD (print-on-demand) brand. We are willing to work with you even though you are a student or intern.
I/ Responsibilities:
- Build close relationships with the members, able to collect their insights via community
- Implement the community moderation strategy, ensuring its effectiveness
- Create attractive content to boost the engagement rate
- Regularly review posts, comments, and media shared within the Facebook group to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate closely with other moderators, administrators, and relevant teams to align efforts, share insights, and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze group metrics, engagement levels, and member feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use this data to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
- Provide support and assistance to group members by answering questions, offering guidance, and directing them to relevant resources when needed.
II/ Requirements:
- Experience moderating online communities or social media groups, particularly on the Facebook platform, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge or interest in the topic or theme of the Facebook group can be beneficial for facilitating discussions and providing valuable insights to members
- Excellent written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with group members and conveying information clearly.
- Familiarity with the POD brand and personalized products can be advantageous for understanding customer preferences, tailoring engagement strategies, and providing relevant support and assistance.
- Great knowledge of online legal issues and cool under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, a proactive approach and report statistics
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Availability to work days, evenings, nights, as well as weekends as and when required.
