Travel Agent (Cruise Specialist) – Full Time

Internal Title: Cruise Consultant
Location: Alhambra, CA 91801
Pay: $19.50–$22/hr + Bonus (Approx. $42,000/year)

UCruising Vacation, one of Canada’s largest cruise agencies, had opening our first U.S. flagship store in Alhambra! We are hiring a Travel Agent (Cruise Specialist) to keep growing our team to help customers plan unforgettable cruise vacations. Full training provided.

• Fluent in English + Cantonese or Mandarin (required)
• 必須:英語 + 粵語或普通話

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and travel recommendations
• Sell and book cruises, flights, and excursions
• Create customized travel plans based on client needs
• Stay updated on cruise & travel industry trends
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Knowledge of travel or world geography
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, positive, and able to multitask
• Sales experience preferred
• Able to learn travel booking systems (training provided)
• Able to commute to Alhambra or plan to relocate

Job Details

• Full-Time: 38.5 hours/week
• Salary: $19.50–$22/hr + Bonus

• 建立及維護客戶關係

任職條件

• 具旅遊或地理相關知識
• 良好溝通能力
• 積極、有條理、能同時處理多項工作
• 有銷售經驗佳
• 可學習旅遊系統(提供培訓)
• 必須流利:英語 + 粵語或普通話
• 能穩定通勤或搬遷至阿罕布拉

職位資訊

• 全職: 每週 38.5 小時
