Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
Achieve established targets and contribute to team success.
Monitor and document patient progress towards therapy goals.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Educate patients and families on speech and language disorders.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.
Utilize data-driven approaches to measure therapy effectiveness.
Engage in performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy.
Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a performance-driven environment.
Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
Familiarity with data-driven approaches to evaluate therapy effectiveness.
Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families.
