Veterinary Receptionist – Client Services at Spot On Veterinary

Spot On Veterinary is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Services Representative) to join our incredible team at our state-of-the-art 16,000 sq ft facility located on the border of Old Greenwich and Stamford . We're a full-service veterinary hospital and luxury pet care center dedicated to providing exceptional care — and that all begins with the first person our clients meet: you .

Your Role as a Veterinary Receptionist:
You’ll be the warm, friendly, and efficient first point of contact for our clients — helping set the tone for each visit and ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to checkout.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and patients in person, by phone, and email

  • Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow

  • Triaging medical questions and communicating with the veterinary team

  • Managing check-ins, checkouts, and billing with accuracy

  • Assisting with client communications, marketing, and general administrative support

  • Keeping our front desk organized, polished, and client-ready

What We’re Looking For:

  • Veterinary reception or animal care experience preferred

  • A strong communicator who is calm, clear, and compassionate

  • Comfortable working in a high-energy environment with a positive attitude

  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills

  • A team player who is organized, dependable, and client-focused
