About the Role
The Company is seeking an ERM Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing independent oversight and challenge regarding risks across the organization. This includes supporting the implementation of the operational risk framework, conducting risk and control assessments, control testing, exposure monitoring, and business continuity planning. The role also involves identifying organization-wide risk issues, monitoring risk profiles, and ensuring alignment with the established risk appetite. The Analyst will be a key player in the risk management process, facilitating escalation, supporting governance reporting, and assisting business units in incident reporting. Applicants for the ERM Analyst position at the company should have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and 3-7 years of experience in risk management within financial services. A strong understanding of risk management principles, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices is essential. The role requires advanced proficiency in risk management systems and tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have the ability to produce and interpret complex Excel reports, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively across the organization. Responsibilities also include policy development, monitoring, and reporting, as well as toolset administration to support various risk management activities.
