B2B Data Entry Specialist

About the Team

The Business Support Team partners with business representatives nationwide to serve as a vital link between customers, B2B representatives, and Verizon Customer Service, ensuring that account needs are addressed efficiently. The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately update and maintain the databases utilized by the Business Support Team.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the database by entering new details and updating existing customer and account information.
• Utilize the database to generate reports and provide valuable insights.
• Engage in daily tasks using Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Basic typing and computer skills required.
• Experience with outbound calling is preferred.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position within our operating hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
