LAW OFFICES OF RASHMI N. PATEL is seeking a receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, punctual, and has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position is primarily responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting visitors with their Legal needs.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person.

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.

Create and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.

Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.

Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.

Billing and file maintenance
