This role is ideal for a motivated producer who is passionate about helping clients protect their families while building a strong, recurring income stream. You will focus heavily on Life & Health sales, but must also be fully licensed (or willing to become licensed) in both Property & Casualty AND Life & Health. If you are missing one of these licenses, we will support you through the licensing process. Role Overview As a Life & Health Specialist, you will actively market and sell insurance products to both new prospects and existing clients. Your ability to present solutions, build relationships, and close business will directly drive agency growth and your own earning potential.
