Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity to provide vital behavioral support services within a K-12 school setting in Jersey City, NJ. The role is a contract position for the current school year, with scheduled hours from 8:00 AM to 2:40 PM, three days per week. Ideal candidates will support a caseload of 15-25 students, focusing on applying behavior intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision to promote positive student outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for cohesive programming
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records related to student performance and interventions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT); BCBA credentials are not required
  • Demonstrated experience in providing behavior interventions in an educational setting is essential
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Situated in Jersey City, NJ, serving a diverse K-12 student population
  • Contract duration aligned with the current school year
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 2:40 PM, three days per week
