A retail firm in Massachusetts is seeking a results-driven Senior SAP GRC / Access Management Analyst to join their dynamic team.
***This position is ONSITE 4 days per week with option to work remotely the 5th day*** Responsibilities: The Senior SAP GRC Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Ongoing support as well as implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP Access Management, GRC modules and providing internal and external audit support
- Leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP GRC solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that enhance business processes and drive business efficiency
- Providing day-to-day support, requirement analysis, configuration and customization, documentation and providing training and support to end users and stakeholders
- Conducting risk assessments and identify opportunities to enhance security controls within SAP environments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and other security measures
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of user identities within SAP Identity Management (IDM): including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request processes
- Designing and implementing workflows for role-based access control (RBAC) and user provisioning to streamline identity management processes
- Troubleshooting and resolving IDM-related issues, ensuring seamless user access and compliance with security policies
- Collaborating with internal and external auditors, providing documentation and support for SAP GRC, IDM, and compliance initiatives
- Conducting regular reviews of SAP GRC and IDM controls to ensure alignment with audit requirements
- Providing documentation and evidence for internal and external audits, ensuring a smooth audit process
- Implementing remediation activities based on audit findings and recommendations
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for SAP GRC, IDM, and audit compliance configurations, policies, and procedures
- Providing training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users on SAP security and compliance best practices
- Developing user guides and training materials to support end-users
- Ongoing support to address user issues and ensure the effective use of SAP systems
- Developing and executing test plans to validate the functionality and integrity of SAP solutions
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful testing and quality assurance
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure SAP solutions align with organizational goals
- Staying informed about industry best practices, SAP updates, and emerging technologies in the finance domain
- Communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
- 8+years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP security and project execution
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Identity Management and Governance Risk & Compliance modules
- In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, including role design, authorization objects, and security architecture
- Experience with risk management, compliance frameworks, and security audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with environment that is hands-on, lean, multiple concurrent projects with fluid priorities
- Sense of urgency to work within date parameters.
Desired Skills:
- S/4 HANA experience
- Project management experience
- SAP certifications in GRC and IDM are a plus
- Experience with SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution is highly desirable
