Our Commitment to the Community:

We are committed to improve the community around us and promote a local, sustainable economy. Two new community projects are currently happening:

• Nourish Design is working with a New Haven natural foods reseller to begin composting all of their organic waste (100 lbs a day). A second stage of the plan is to phase out all of the disposable plastic dining- ware, cold cups, and cutlery, replacing it with compostable alternatives. Read about the project here.

• Nourish Design is working with a top New York Design School on a sustainable packaging project. Weekly visits ensure that the students' designs are viable solutions and also provides the students with a chance to interact with industry specialists.
