"Design is an immeasurably powerful tool. There is not a single thing in this world that cannot be improved upon."

The Assessment Stage is essentially the project kick-off. In this stage the scope of the project is defined, the design intent is communicated, thorough research is conducted, and all of the gathered information is analyzed. Based on this analysis many design directions are defined as opportunities for improvement are uncovered.

Many exercises are done as part of the assessment. This may include consumer interviews, market research, competitive comparison, or a review of existing operations. One key component to this stage is our unique Eco-Assessment program, in which the life-cycle of a client's offerings are reviewed in-depth, analyzed, and visually communicated.

The success of our design services is largely due to this program-defining stage. Once the problem set for which we are solving is clearly defined, we are able to deliver actionable design solutions that are custom tailored to our client's needs.
